You may have forgotten to renew your product. In this case, you can still renew your product in the customer panel under “Your expired subscriptions”. Here, you will be given an overview of all expired products you can still renew. Reactivation fee will be charged for late renewals. The total cost including the renewal will be shown under “Your expired subscriptions”.
No 'expired subscriptions' button?
If you don't see the tab “Your expired subscriptions” in your customer panel, please contact us via a helpdesk ticket in the customer panel under "Your helpdesk tickets". We will check the price for you and renew the product, should you desire so.
