This means that you have not placed a home page in your public_html (or the directory you wish to open).
The homepage must always be named index or index. To resolve the 403 FORBIDDEN status, please rename the home page of your website to index or index.
Important: The index or index is case sensitive! So please make sure that your file is not called Index or Index, but simply index or index.
