Adjusting file permissions with FTP

First, you need to login to the FTP server via Filezilla.

Go to the file you wish to adjust by navigating to the right directory. The files of which your website consist, are listed in the directory: domains/yourdomain.uk/public_html.
Click the file of which you wish to adjust the permissions and right click. Click 'File attributes'.
After having clicked 'File attributes' the following window will open. By ticking 'Read', 'Write' or 'Execute', you adjust the rights of the file.
