The email link in your emails does not work; you state "If you have paid the amount due, please provide us with proof of payment. You can answer to this email and attach the proof of payment. An employee will process you", but when I email you the mail is returned "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <email@example.com>: 550: No such recipient here"

And Chat function does not work; constantly comes up with "Something's wrong We're unable to load the messenger"
