    Two Factor Authentication Out Of Sync

    Fairly regularly the two factor authentication goes out of sync and I have to dive into the back end to switch it off to access my Joomla admin (and subsequently reset it again). What's causing this and how do I carry out a reset somewhere to restore it. Alternatively who do I contact and how do I do this as the ticket system is impossible to find.

    Hi. That's fixed it, thank you. I do find that it is a fairly regular problem, maybe every third or fourth log on. I don't log on that much, only for Joomla updates and the occasional tidy up, but that's it. Is it possible to keep the servers in sync by being automatically set to a time server?
